Guest guest Posted September 23, 2008 Report Share Posted September 23, 2008 Hot Garlic Artichoke Dip Ingredients: 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 cup mayonnaise 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream 1 cup shredded Swiss or mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.) Serves: 3 cups dip Preheat oven to 350` F. In 1-quart casserole, combine all ingredients. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with your favorite dippers. VARIATION: For a Cold Garlic Artichoke Dip, omit Swiss cheese. Stir in, if desired, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Do not bake.
