Guest guest Posted September 24, 2008 Report Share Posted September 24, 2008 Roasted Garlic and Ginger Dressing: 3 heads roasted garlic 2 " piece giner root (2T grated) 1/2 cup rice wine or sherry vinegar 1/2 cup fresh dill 2 tbsps. sesame seeds 2 tbsps. sesame oil 1/2 cup olive oil 1 tsp. salt freshly ground pepper to taste Grate the ginger root, and place in the blender along with remaining ingredients.
