I recommend the Whole Foods cookbook.

It has helped me. The food comes out to fresh tasting and bursting

with flavor.

I bought the How to Cook Everything Vegetarian cookbook and was glad I

saved the receipt. I returned it. You could find all his information

with a quick Google search.

I love this cookbook. I checked out Kippy's Web site a while back,

and she seems to be doing a lot of good work in her village in Mexico,

This is by far one of favorite cookbooks. Kippy has lived in Mexico

for over 25 years, has a restaurant and her recipes are so flavorful

and unique.

Hi Mike,

I searched for Kippy's website but couldn't find it. Would you please

post the link?

Thanks,

Ric

The Vegitarian Epicure - a friend lent me her copy, I haven't tried any of the

recipes yet but they sure look good.  I have an older version, I believe there

are updated versions available.

The link is broken, BTW.

My favorites: Veganomicon, Vegan with a Vengeance, and Vegan Planet.
