The funny thing is, my sister bought this cookbook before she became vegetarian and it sat around on her shelf. I spotted it one day and mentioned, why do you have a Mexican vegetarian cookbook? She said, oh I didn't know it was vegetarian, I haven't used it so take it if you like. I started cooking out of it immediately and every recipe has been wonderful.
