Aren't her recipes delicious?

You must make the San Cristobal Soup.  I have it in the files for anyone

interested.

The funny thing is, my sister bought this cookbook before she became vegetarian

and it sat around on her shelf.  I spotted it one day and mentioned, why do you

have a Mexican vegetarian cookbook?  She said, oh I didn't know it was

vegetarian, I haven't used it so take it if you like. I started cooking out of

it immediately and every recipe has been wonderful.

I love this cookbook. I checked out Kippy's Web site a while back,

and she seems to be doing a lot of good work in her village in Mexico,

This is by far one of favorite cookbooks. Kippy has lived in Mexico

for over 25 years, has a restaurant and her recipes are so flavorful

and unique.
