Now for bok choy collard greens/bok choy recipes

I chop leaves and stalks and add to a stir fry or soups. Buy the baby bok choy

and split it open lengthwise, braise in a skillet with oil and minced garlic and

any of your favorite herbs and spices. Cook high for only a few minutes.
