I bake bok choy, lay the pieces out on a cookie sheet greased with olive oil or

a safe sspray.

 

Drizzle oil of your choice over them, drizzle some soy or tamari sauce over

them, and add any spices you like. I just use a little garlic powder, very small

amount. You can adjust this to your own tastes. Bake until it is to your desired

crunchiness.

I put raw bok choy in my green smoothies! It's a very mild green. :-)
