Guest guest Posted September 26, 2008 Report Share Posted September 26, 2008 I bake bok choy, lay the pieces out on a cookie sheet greased with olive oil or a safe sspray. Drizzle oil of your choice over them, drizzle some soy or tamari sauce over them, and add any spices you like. I just use a little garlic powder, very small amount.
