We tried the collard greens with veggie sausage and it was Ok but maybe not our best veg. It was worth the try though, and if served to us we would have it again, it is marginal. Today: Grilled veggies and Portobello mushrooms and lovely fresh sliced Utah peaches. Thanks for all the great ideas!
