Guest guest
Hi Judy, I have a question. Do you think mixed nuts like some almonds with the walnuts would be good? I have quite a few almonds to use up. Felicia , " wwjd " <jtwigg wrote: > > They were nice and firm. I browned them with a little oil in my cast iron skillet. I made the rest of the batter up tonight to go with some lentil soup and lemony coleslaw. You'll never believe they don't have eggs in it, because they hold together so well. Form the patties with your hands. I used Mori Nu extra firm tofu. > Judy
Guest guest
Felicia, I think you could use any nut in this recipe and it would be good. Pecans would be delicious in this as well. I love almonds too. They each would alter the taste a bit, but that is would be ok.
