Judy Tofu Walnut Patties or Burgers

Hi Judy,

I have a question. Do you think mixed nuts like some almonds with the

walnuts would be good? I have quite a few almonds to use up.

Felicia,

I think you could use any nut in this recipe and it would be good. Pecans would

be delicious in this as well. I love almonds too.

They each would alter the taste a bit, but that is would be ok.
