I LOVE fresh pumpkin and there is no better apple -in my opinion- than a

fresh Stayman Apple. I use both of these delicious ingredients in a number

of recipes from pumpkin soup to apple fritters. Our family's favorite is

Pupmkin Bread with chunks of apple, raisins, fresh ginger and fresh vanilla

bean. We usually have it with some ice cold apple cider out back, under

the stars... it does not get any better than that.
