Guest guest Posted September 30, 2008 Report Share Posted September 30, 2008 Sugar Snap Peas with Beans 1 tsp. olive oil 3/4 lb. sugar snap peas 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. gound white pepper lemon wedges Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add peas, stir-fry 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with basil and next 3 ingredients; stir-fry 1 minute. Serve immediately with lemon wedges. Makes 2 servings.
