I see they are adding mango to the small containers of applesauce and my daughters tried some and said it is wonderful. I like it a bit chunky too Donna! The other night I sliced up some apples into thin slices and simmered them in 1/2 t. butter/smart balance light spread, some cinnamon, nutmeg and a sprinkle of water and brown sugar. It was tender yet still in slices, when done. It was great. I didn't even peal the apples.
