Have you looked in the recip files? There are so many great recipes

in there.

This is the area for " tofu "

It's a folder in the soy based recipe area.

There are also some in the condiment, casserole & breakfast recipe folders.

I even added some crumbled up tofu to a Vegetable Mac -n - Cheese casserole that

I made last night. It was good.
