Guest guest Posted October 2, 2008 Report Share Posted October 2, 2008 Vegetable Spaghetti 1 spaghetti squash 1/4 cup water 1 1/3 cups marinara sauce, heated 1/2 cup parmesan cheese Halve squash lengthwise and remove seeds. Place squash, cut side down, in microwave safe dish. Pour water around squash and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 10 to 15 minutes, until tender. Cut each half crosswise into two pieces; transfer to plates or bowls. Pull squash strands toward center with fork. Top each squash quarter with 1/3 cup marinara sauce and 2 tbs cheese.
