Last night I snacked on /edamame while watching TV. When I was finished

I put the rest in the fridge. This morning my DH got ready to feed our

diabetic dog. And he always looks for veggies to add to her meal. He

fed the edamame,, pod and all to the dog, although he did chop them up.

So, what is in the pod? If anything. And how high a level of sucrose.

The pods have lots of fiber. In the beans, complex carbs, fat,

protein, water....not much sugar at all, your doggie should be fine,

maybe just an extra bowel movement?

Thanks for the info. I was a little worried when I went searching about

the sugar content.
