Guest guest
I make these using two seperate bowls. The second bowl is the one you microwave. I hope this clears it up for you. First bowl: 3/4 cup natural peanut butter 1 cup soy milk powder mix and form into small balls Second bowl: 1 cup sweetened carob chips 1/2 cup natural peanut butter Microwave 1-2 minutes until melted. Spoon a small amount into bottom of mini muffin baking cups. Place one of the peanut butter balls in the carob and cover with more melted carob. Freeze. --- On Mon, 10/6/08, Joni Sceales <jseals822 wrote: Joni Sceales <jseals822 Re: Simple Slaw, Eggless Salad Sandwich Filler., Peanut Butter Cups, & Mock Chicken Salad Monday, October 6, 2008, 3:40 PM Can you go over the peanunt butter cups recipe again. Guest guest
These peanut butter cups look good, Denise. I see that you freeze them - is that just for preservation purposes or do you eat them frozen, like a kind of peanut butter choc ice?
