Guest guest
I love the Worthington Dinner Roast too. It is nice to have it for the holiday dinner. We also slice up some thick slices of the Worthington Frozen Meatless Turkey Roll(thawed) and bake the slices on a baking sheet to crisp them up. We make a yummy gravy up with the McKay's vegetarian Chicken-style seasoning or with some of the broth from Fri-chik that I freeze, to use for soups and making gravy. Your dinner sounds delicious Cherie. I love a nice tossed salad too or an Orential Coleslaw. I'll look for the recipe you mentioned for stuffing on the Pepperridge Farm Package. I've got a wonderful Prosage Jalopeno Stuffing recipe in the files. We love it. I am totally devoted to Worthington Dinner Roast though, it is not vegan. Last week I bought a package of Pepperidge Farms dry stuffing mix and there was a recipe on the back to make baked chicken and stuffing, I substituted soy curls for the chicken and veggie broth for the chicken broth and it turned out wonderful, I just wished I had some cranberry sauce it would have been just like Thanksgiving. For Thanksgiving at our house we will be having the dinner roast, mashed potatoes, stuffing, sweet potato souffle, green bean casserole, dinner rolls and hors doeuvres, with Pumpkin pie for dessert.
