Guest guest Posted October 8, 2008 Report Share Posted October 8, 2008 i have never posted before but really like the recipes - very useful. i have a question about substituting ground " meat " (ie morning star crumbles or similar). does anyone know if the " meat " be used in the same proportion or does it need to be cut down because when say ground turkey cooks the fat cooks out?
