Guest guest Posted October 8, 2008 Report Share Posted October 8, 2008 Warm Radicchio Cheese Puddles 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil 2 teaspoons lemon juice 6 large radicchio leaves, rinsed dried 3 ounces teleme or jack cheese, cut 1 1/4 " thick slices freshly ground pepper Mix oil and lemon juice; brush mixture all over radicchio leaves. Set leaves, cut side up, in a 9x13 " baking dish. Place an equal portion of the cheese in each radicchio cup. Sprinkle with pepper.
