I will post a favorite of mine in a minute but there are so many possibilities for stuffing squashes, peppers or any veggies. I tend to make up things as I go so I'll post whatever good autumn recipes come out (I don't post the 'bad' experiments...LOL) - right now all I know is that my nut loaf will have pecans in it (the squirrels are leaving me some after all).
