Guest guest Posted October 9, 2008 Report Share Posted October 9, 2008 Jack -o - Lantern Sandwiches Mayonaise ketchup yellow mustard slices of whole wheat bread sliced cheddar cheese or american slices (orange ) optional - slices of vegetarian bologna, or tempeh, hummus, etc Press slices of bread into a pumkin shape with a large 4 inch pumkin cookie cutter. Make sandwiches like you would any other but make sure the cheese in on top after cutting it also into a pumkin shape. Take top slice of bread and with a large 4 inch pumkin cookie cutter, cut the slice into a pumkin shape. Use a paring knife to cut eyes, nose and mouth row triangles.
