Guest guest Posted October 10, 2008 Report Share Posted October 10, 2008 Kentucky BBQ Sauce 1/2 cup tomato paste 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup Jack Daniels or bourbon 1/4 cup tamari 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon minced ginger 1 tablespoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
