Donna,

My very favorite is Cole Slaw and mashed potatoes. And I want each bite

to have a mixture of both so I make a depression in the mashed potatoes

and fill it with slaw.

Now why didn't I buy a head of cabbage while I was out at the farm?

And sauerkraut too, or Mexican rice. Canned tomatoes. How about a pile of

sauteed onions, garlic and mushroons. I like grteens in the center of my mashed

taters too.
