Guest guest
I'll have to try this. I found some ligonberry jam at Big Lots recently and have really enjoyed in on toast in the morning. I've been meaning to mention it, since you were the first and only one I've ever heard talk about this delicious jam. When life becomes a bad dream, close your eyes and take a little mind trip to heaven--it's a wonderful place to visit. - Donnalilacflower Sunday, October 12, 2008 10:23 PM Judy Popovers Judy, my Mom used to make them, they puff up and pop over the tins. They have holes in them when you open them up. I always put butter and lingonberry jam on mine. Judy - AJ Saturday, October 11, 2008 9:33 AM [vegetarian_ group] Popovers My kids love these for breakfast with jam, they are even nice cold. Popovers 1 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1 cup skim milk Sift flour and salt together; set aside. Beat eggs and skim milk; add to flour. Beat until smooth and creamy. Pour into heated greased muffin tins, filling half full or less. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes, or until popovers are golden brown and sound hollow. DO NOT OPEN OVEN FOR FIRST 40 MINUTES.
