My grandkids love this.  Each time I make it I let them pick the fruits they

want me to add in.

Deep Dish Mixed Fruit Pie

 

1 stick butter

1 cup sugar

1 cup self-rising flour

3/4 to 1 cup milk

2 cups fresh peaches, blueberries, pears, apples, etc.

 

Melt butter in pyrex dish. Mix sugar, flour and milk together. Pour batter on

melted butter. Drop fruit in batter and bake 350 degrees until done about 45-60

mins. Mix powdered sugar with a little milk and spread on top to make glaze

(optional).
