Mae Jean Deep Dish Mixed Fruit Pie 1 stick butter 1 cup sugar 1 cup self-rising flour 3/4 to 1 cup milk 2 cups fresh peaches, blueberries, pears, apples, etc. Melt butter in pyrex dish. Mix sugar, flour and milk together. Pour batter on melted butter. Drop fruit in batter and bake 350 degrees until done about 45-60 mins.
