Guest guest Posted October 16, 2008 Report Share Posted October 16, 2008 Maple BBQ Sauce 3/4 cup maple syrup 3/4 cup ketchup 1/2 cup cold water 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/4 tsp. celery seed salt and pepper to taste In a small bowl or a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients; mix or shake well. Serve with wings or ribs or as a marinade for pork or chicken. Store in refrigerator. Dispose of any unused sauce that touches raw meat, do not re-use later. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
