Your email address looks like a Cdn one so I have a question. Where do you buy

the Old Bay seasoning? I can't find it in any of my stores and they sure didn't

have it in South Dakota when I was there.

I had never bought Old Bay Seasoning either when I found this delicious recipe

that called for it. I found two sizes of containers at our local Wal-Mart in

Henderson, Texas. If they have it in Henderson, I am sure, if you have a

Wal-Mart, they can order it for you. This recipe is sure not the same without

it. This recipe has become one of my favorites.

I found the Old Bay Seasoning in Safeway by the seafood section

I was able to try this recipe last night. I actually had the leftovers

for lunch today and the flavored melded very nicely! I made the recipe

for the homemade " old Bay " seasoning. A great recipe!
