My wife is vegan and my greatest joy is feeding her food that makes her go...YUM YUM! I try to maintain my need for the meals to look good and taste good. So much of what I have been offered by " the health food " eaters is so...well, tasteless. I am sure you understand.. .So, when I put my skills to Vegan cooking, I am very challenged and loving the task... so, thanks for letting me look over your shoulder while you cook... Chef...
