Lentils Hi Abby

I've heard that from so many peopole.  They won't try lentils because they think

they look ugly when cooked up.  LOL

They don't know what they are missing.

I'm a born and bred Virginian, now living in Arkansas. I love it here, but

I'm the only vegetarian I've met. Very odd, and people think I'm so strange.

" What!!!?? You don't eat catfish? "

Well, no I don't. And I've survived this long without it so I think I can

go a while longer.

As for the soups, I made a pot of lentil soup last week and took it for

lunch. It doesn't look good - my kids won't touch it. But I love it.
