When I go on holiday, I have learned from experience, or thought I had, to hide the non-silicone spatulas. I hid them, along with my favourite fry pans, when I went to England this summer but I forgot when I went to SD. I came home to a melted spatula - the only one of 4 spatulas in the tool holder that is not silicone. Why would he have to use that one for his scrambled eggs? He should have remembered what happened last time he used one. He said he had a heck of a time cleaning the residue off his non stick pan. Apparently melted spatulas stick.
