Guest guest
If I were to make my own rhubarb filling... How would I go about doing that? Steaming the rhubarb? Then adding agave nectar to the food processor while whirring the steamed rhubarb? Any help as I would like to make some good pies and desserts for the holidays Cassie --- On Mon, 10/20/08, D M <deranged_millionaire wrote: D M <deranged_millionaire Matrimonial Bliss gourmet-desserts Monday, October 20, 2008, 12:24 AM Matrimonial Bliss 5/8 cup butter or margarine 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup flaked coconut 1 egg 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 cup ruhubarb jam (strawberry will work too) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Guest guest
I slice it raw and add to pies or I chjop it and add to apples and make applesauce. What do you want to make, do you have a recipe? There are some in the files. Look in the dessert recipe folder under fruit desserts or maybe pie desserts.
