If I were to make my own rhubarb filling...

How would I go about doing that?

Steaming the rhubarb?  Then adding agave nectar to the food processor while

whirring the steamed rhubarb?

Any help as I would like to make some good pies and desserts for the holidays :)

I slice it raw and add to pies or I chjop it and add to apples and

make applesauce. What do you want to make, do you have a recipe?

There are some in the files. Look in the dessert recipe folder under

fruit desserts or maybe pie desserts.
