Guest guest
Forgive my ignorance. I'm not as familiar with all the names and nicnames of all the veggies mentioned in the recipes I see within the group as I should be, I guess. What is a " spring onion? " Is this the same as a " green onion/scallion? " Thanks, Paul , Julie Knudsen <a4dzero wrote: > > Minced Spinach Cream Cheese Spread > > 8 ounce package cream cheese softened > 8 ounce package farmer cheese softened Note* > 1/2 pint yogurt > 2 cloves garlic > 3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped > 3 spring onions with tops chopped > 1 cup fresh spinach minced > > Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. > Serve with crackers or spread on bread. > > *Note - I take cottage cheese place in cheesecloth and squeeze it.
