Guest guest Posted October 21, 2008 Report Share Posted October 21, 2008 I had a yummy one today, a " sweet dumpling squash " . It reminded me of sweet potato or pumpkin, with sugar. Very yummy. It was only the size of a beefsteak tomato. I cut the top off, cleaned out the seeds (saved them to plant next year), put the top back on and baked it in the oven for about 45 minutes.
