I eat a lot of spirals these days. I usually make pasta as a quick, last minute, whatever I have on hand meal. Which is usually some combination of EVOO, red sauce, fresh tomatoes, olives, veggie sausages (breakfast, Italian, bratwurst), veggie ground beef, veggie burgers, veggie chicken strips, butter, cheese. I also love cappelini with tamari, string beans, broccoli, cayene, and lemon/lime juice.
