Guest guest Posted October 22, 2008 Report Share Posted October 22, 2008 Sunflower Potatoes 4 potatoes, baked and cooled 1 dash sea salt 1 dash cayenne 2 cups mild cheddar cheese, grated 2 cups cashews 1 cup sunflower seeds Cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes and place in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with cheese and sprinkle nuts and seeds on top. Bake at 350until cheese bubbles, about 10 minutes. Then broil for 2 minutes. Serves 4.
