Vera - What kind of pasta do you like and how do

I'm going to have to look for both of these kind, next time I'm at the Asian

I recently found a new favorite addition Tofu Pasta. I picked it up at the

local Asian market right next to the yam noodles and is is wonderful. It is

great as regular pasta with sauce or as a ShaBu dish nice texture flavor and a

great way to add extra protein to finicky kids diets too.

Can you give me a brand name for your tofu pasta?  My local store can order it

if Ican give them that information.  THANKS!!

The Brand is " House Foods " and it is called Tofu Shirataki " Spaghetti shaped

noodle substitute " . Hope this helps!
