Here's Donna's post from March of this year.  She posted another link for them

on Weds.  I have been eajoying these since March when she first talked about

them.  I tend to over eat on pasta when I cook it and this product is low in

carbs and measured out, perfect for me.

They have been around for a while now.  I like this brand of tofu steaks, they

make a tasty black pepper and herb steak.

Hope this helps,

Gene

I love these, does anyone else eat them?

One pack has 2 servings at 20 calories per serving.

Shirataki noodles. They are a little chewy and to me

they taste like pasta cooked al dente.

Diane didn't care for them and send me hers.

I have been eating these since the first time Donna posted the link.

Low in carbs and taste great. They do have a strange smell when you

first open the packet, rinse them in a strainer and they are fine.
