Hi!

 

I am not fully veggie yet but I am making great strides toward it. Be

patient. I was raised in the very beefy dairy state of Wisconsin. I

have not eaten pork or beef in years. It has been the only way to

placate my family and friends. But now that they are use to that, and

I am more concerned about how I feel and live than their opinions, I

am ready to begin a more serious approach to become 100% veggetarian.

It will take another year at least to give up cheese. I love it yet.

So, I will need to research and find some suitable replacements. I am

looking for more low fat/fat free dishes because I do have a few

pounds to lose. I have lost a lot already, but still need to keep

going. Thank you for letting me in. I look forward to the day I share

my first full veggie week with you all here, and then on to share

success with more serious goals. I am not looking for any weight loss

advice here...I already know what I have to do.
