HI Donna:

I almost never eat cheese however I will eat pizza and sometimes I like

macaroni and cheese.

I can not stand eggs, I don't cook with eggs ever, the only time have egg

products is if I eat store or bakery bought baked goods, or the once in a while

I have pancakes when we go out to eat.

When I go back to the Chicago area for a visit we always go to Walker

Brothers and I get an apple pancake I am sure it is very eggy.

I never could handle dairy much becausae it made me so sick. The only dairy

I have is a little butter. Once in a great while I will use a sprinkle of

parmesan. I only miss cottage cheese so maybe that's why I love cold tofu

mashed down with salt on it. Tastes almost like cottage cheese to me. I never

liked ice cream, yogurt, sour creams, etc.

I bake with eggs, can't eat them, never liked those either.

Seems like the less cheese you eat the less you miss it.

Hi Donna:

Thank you. My non veg husband makes a great spinach dip using Veganaise,

cream cheese, frozen spinach sometimes artichokes, not sure what else. I

would love to find a good vegan cream cheese to use.

We bought Soy Kaas however it is not vegan just not dairy.
