Guest guest Posted October 26, 2008 Report Share Posted October 26, 2008 Hi Audrey, I used egg and a little soy milk to dip the cutlets in (I did it while they were still frozen, next time I will let them thaw). Then I dredged them in Progresso Italian bread crumbs (the one with the garlic, they are quite tasty) and I fried them in veg oil. I think the oil was too hot though because they got a little crispy.
