My MIL would take it from her garden and prepare it for me so all I had to do was saute, steam or boil. You can buy it in jars, it looks something like canned green beans. This is such a tasty salad. I hope you can find some. Her favorite recipe was to saute with onions, hot peppers, green bell pepper, tomatoes and then scramble with eggs.
