Guest guest
Hi Ani: They were a bit labor intensive the first time, but only takes minutes the second, i had to make a second batch this morning, they are so good. If you'd like to try an easier cracker first, you could help me test my recipe 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1/4 cup wheat flour 1/4 cup vegetable broth 1 T of veggie brother powder or a ground veggie cube 1 T oil pinch of each (onion powder, garlic powder, italian seasoning, cayenne) 1 t of salt Mix all together by hand to form a soft dough, let rest for 15 minutes or so cut into quarter size pieces roll each piece as thin as possible place rolled discs on parchment or lightly oiled cookie sheet use pizza cutter to cut each disc into four triangles poke each piece with a fork a couple times bake in preheated oven at 400 F for 12-15 minutes They're good, but are missing something AJ's are incredible though, try them; i'll make some more for sure Enjoy, Pete --- On Tue, 10/28/08, apples_n_melons <apples_n_melons wrote: apples_n_melons <apples_n_melons Hi Pete Re: Crackers and Chips Tuesday, October 28, 2008, 1:09 PM They sound deliciousw.
