I found a Weight Watchers Smart Ones cheese pizza that looked good -- but it had gelatin in it! What else has gelatin in it? York Peppermint Patties do NOT contain gelatin. I bet most of the organic sour creams do not, either. Everything made by Anderson Erickson (yogurt, sour cream, dip) contains gelatin. Marshmallows, but not marshmallow fluff (at least not the Kraft brand). Margarine?? Good to know. Thanks Audrey S. Guest guest Posted October 28, 2008 Report Share Posted October 28, 2008 One of the biggest questions that Jewish women have to deal with is Gelatin or products that may contain Gelatin. I went to the Kosher site and re-read the basic info. This is the link. http://www.ivu.org/faq/gelatine.html The reason we watch it so close is becaue os the " meat and dairy " issue, however, as my house is a vegetarian one, I tend to watch for gelatin a lot...lol. I made rice krispy treats (the only use I ever really had for marshmallows) the other night with marshmallow fluff (no gelatin, at least not in Kraft) and they were really good! Audrey S.
