Now if you're sad and you're feeling blue

Go out and buy a brand new pair of shoes

And you go down, down to Tangie Town

'Cause people down there really like to get it on

Oh I bet they are Barry!

I'm a potato lover and find some way to have them in a meal every day!

[vegetarian_ group] Three Cheese Potatoes

These are better than any potato a restaurant has ever served me.

Barry

Three Cheese Potatoes

6 new potatoes, medium-sized

1 1/2 cups cottage cheese

1 cup sour cream

2 tbsps. green onions, chopped

2 tbsps. fresh parsley, chopped

2 tsps. dillweed

1 1/2 tsps. salt

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

In a saucepan, cook potatoes until tender in enough lightly salted, boiling

water to cover, about 20 to 30 minuters. Cool slightly. Slice the potatoes and

place in large bowl.

In a separate bowl combine cottage cheese, sour cream, green onions, parsley,

dillweed, and salt. Add to the potatoes. Spoon the potato mixture into a lightly

greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Bake

at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Serves 4.
