Doesn't that look lovely and wonderfully simple! Is the can

of " prepared pumpkin " the small (approx 1#) can of plain pumpkin, or

the stuff already mixed up and ready to pour into a pie?

Plain canned pumpkin, the 14 oz size. The stuff ready to pour would probably

be too runny. I use Libby's pumpkin, plus the tbsp pumpkin pie spice.

They're really good -- I took them to work and got tons of compliments! I

didn't tell anybody how easy they were! :) Hope you enjoy -- you will if you

like pumpkin as much as I do! :)
