Guest guest
My nephew was just switched from ADD to " Wheat Allergic " which is a HUGE win since he was a " Crack baby " and we are trying to keep him drug free. I appreciate any dietary balance you can offer as well as recipes my sister is not the best cook so keep it as simple as possible. Thanks to all! Guest guest
There are many gluten free products out there. Some of my favorites are: tinanyada rice pasta, Glutino crackers. Any celiac site will have info on what is gluten free. Also, any Mexican food made with corn tortilla(check ingredients) and any Chinese food made with wheat free soy sauce is good. We eat a lot of rice, potatoes and quinoa.
