Hard to find vegan food on the road but I seen a couple places on the list. If you know Java Green first on the list. My husband, a meat eater, liked it as well. There are also some vegetarian restaurants in Columbia, Md, which I plan to try. They have the best food and it's very reasonably priced. I go to Baltimore once a month for my yoga teacher training and we eat there for every meal. You can google them and check out their website.
