We have high cholesterol in our family (which is another benefit for me!) and his was so high the doctor didn't think he could get it down without medication -- but he did! Hardly any red meat, no cheese or sour cream. He often orders vegetarian meals at restaurants. He and my step mom love Morningstar Farms veggies sausage links, and I introduced him to Worthington veggie hot dogs. Good stuff! Audrey S.
