Guest guest Posted November 2, 2008 Report Share Posted November 2, 2008 Norwegian Mathildes Dessertkake 3/4 cup cold mashed potatoes 2 egg yolks 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 cup butter 1 cup ground almonds 2 egg whites Preheat oven to 340 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 inch springform pan. Combine first 5 ingredients. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cake batter. Pour into prepared pan and bake 1 hour.
