Guest guest
Thanks! I did exactly what you suggested. It is tasty! This may be TMI, but I wanted to ask anyway. Any other new vegetarians out here in cyber space...have you noticed a change in body odor, skin texture, etc? I smell lighter, somehow. And when I go to the bathroom, I don't have an odor issue anymore. How cool is that? Hope I didn't gross anyone out! For me, if it smells ok, and looks ok, i bring it up to temp and eat it. AFter a week, i freeze it or toss it. i always have small bowls of rice, beans, grains in the fridge ready to season or cook with something, i've not been sick yet, hope this helps--- On Mon, 11/3/08, Elaine moses <hecate633 wrote: Elaine moses <hecate633 fridge lifeTo: : Monday, November 3, 2008, 5:00 PMI made a crockpot of black beans and rice. how long can I leave it in the fridge? I assume that my vegetarian food will have a longer shelf-life than my husband's food. About how long will it stay good? Guest guest
Hi Elaine, I weaned off antiperspirants a few years ago and use a crystal or light scent in axillary region on work out days, but the difference in body odor is so out-standing since meat and heavy manufacutured dairy , refined foods are out of my diet. I smell good, ( I check with my mate and others I trust) my nose is preety sensitive anyway. Other functions, too are musc less offensive odor wise. , Elaine moses <hecate633 wrote: > This may be TMI, but I wanted to ask anyway. Guest guest
I have to agree with some of it... I don't know about your smelly issues,lol.... but animal products cause my skin to stink, I don't want to gross you out, but it smells like vomit, but after eating just a veggie diet it's so much nicer, no stinkies here... I wish I could get back to a veggie diet.. I'm having more health problems right now & can't seem to find the right foods like Stacee to fill me up, the beans I can no longer eat they cause great pain & they never have before. In Aug, I was hospitalized for pancreatitis and have such a hard time with diet now let a lone being hypothyroid. I'll keep looking & asking to try to get it right.
