You've said this a few times. Maybe you just don't like tofu.

Have you tried any of the recipes in the files? That's where you

should start.

Ya know, I oftentimes think it's not the flavor or lack there-of....rather a

texture issue for most people.

You can get soft or silken all the way up to firm.  Different products for

different foods....and tofu is really a great product that will take on whatever

cooking flavors you are using.  So, perhaps experiment with different textures,

and make sure you're cooking with flavors that you really enjoy.

About 10 yrs ago, I had ordered some real-soy, or something like that.  It came

in packets.  I really didn't care for the flavor/texture of the shakes AT

ALL!!!  I ended up using it as a binder when I made me*tloaf for my husband

(instead of bread crumbs).  I never told him what was in there and he swore it

was the best he'd eaten.  (I had @ 20 packages, so there was a lot of me#tloaf.)

Best of luck to you!

Thanks so much Kathy & to all that have taken the time to respond to

my posts.

Maybe what happened is I didn't like the BBQ sauce as much as I

thought I did.

I give it a try..

thanks
